easy access to central london and the transport system

the twin room was too small. we could hardly move. it only served the purpose for sleeping.

    • Couple

Location good, close to Bayswater & Queensway tube stations, and the Bayswater area is ok.

Staff in dining room at breakfast were rude and unhelpful; breakast is from 0700-1000 and we went in at 0945. No-one asked us if we wanted tea/coffee or toast, so we had to ask. Eventually the toast was brought out - 2 pieces of bread which were the ends of the loaf. We asked for more toast to be told there wasnt any, then another member of staff started moaning at us saying breakfast finished at 1000....this was 0955! Another guest ended up giving us their toast. We were made to feel very uncomfortable and problematic. Breakfast certainly not good value and very poor service.

      Location and entrance greeting staff

Room was smaller than my toilet it was in the basement next to the broom cuboard, where all the polish cleaning talk and natter from 6.30am wick woke me up both mornings.then they take a fag break outside leaning against my window, wich was very loud.

The location. Short walk to restaurants, pubs and train stations.

The single room was very small.

It was clean, conveniently located - I had just arrived in London after a long flight - and had wifi and a bed.

It was such a small closet of a room that I felt as though a not quite adequate space had been wrestled into somewhere they could charge money for in a hotel owner's market.

    • Family with children

For July the bedding was too heavy. The room was far too hot, we found a fan in the morning but that was on top of the wardrobe. The room was extremely small, there was no where to sit apart from on the bed. The tv was very dated and we couldn't get it to work. You could hear people coming in and walking about the hotel, very noisy in the early hours. Even the restaurant area for breakfast was too hot, maybe some kind of air conditioning is needed.

Security, A tiny room and bed sold as a double, a sloping floor which meant i kept rolling out of bed.

Location was good. Close to tube and Hyde Park. Its good for a short stay has all the amentities you would need. Free breakfast was included in our rate which was good.

      Room too small, noisy neighbours

    • Group of friends

      Clean and good breakfast

The rooms were tiny and had too many beds -- our room had 3 singles and should have had 2 and my sisters room was a twin but really should have been a single as there was scarcely room to stand between the beds.

I was very impressed at my entrance to the hotel and I was lovely welcome by receptionist, given full informations and offered me full assistance and orientation. All politely and with respect. Hotel itself is in nice location and breacfest was of inferred to me to take away due to my lack of time. I wish everyone to be treated this way. Keep it as it is. Don't think can be better. Staff are best

Excellant location to central London and tube, but still a quiet area throughout the day and night. Would use again,

The location was fantastic. The breakfast staff were extremely nice and helpful.Good breakfast. The room/bathroom was clean.

The room was very small. The tv even smaller and very old with no way of getting a picture worth watching. The room was very warm (September not in a heat wave) although a fan was supplied.
