    Location

Everything else was horrible. Noisy, too hot, uncomfortable bed. In one sentense: worst night of my traveling life.

    Exceptional

Friendly staff, good room view of gardens.

    Fabulous

The front of desk staff were brilliant!!!! Welcoming, efficient, witty and helpful. This hotel isn't the Ritz and it doesn't pretend to be...it is a centrally located, value for money hotel, which is clean, safe and friendly for travellers to use as a base for Central London.

Reem Hotel is located in Prince's Square, that is a very nice area to stay in, close to Bayswater (plenty of restaurants and two underground stations that connect you with many spots in the city). Breakfast was quite good for what you usually get in budget hotels in London.

Room was overpriced as typically with accomodation in the UK. I booked a single room and it was really small. The worst thing of all was that my room, located in the lower ground, was next to the service room and the restaurant, and below the stairs, so it was very noisy in the morning. If you wanna go out and night and sleep in the morning, don't go there or don't accept a room on that ground.

    Good

The location is phenomenal, close to two different tube lines. Walking distance to a lot of fun places and restaurants. The rooms aren't fancy, but the maid service was fine and service was generally adequate. For the price, and for London, it was good value.

The beds weren't the most comfortable, but very adequate: you get what you pay for.

    Fabulous

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty and price and location were great.

Rooms were really small. Clutter with children but probably ideal for a couple. Warm and cosy though.

    Superb

Cheap as chips, handy enough for my work & very friendly. Good sleep.

At the price I paid, what's not to like?

    Exceptional

The Asian receptionist was so polite and courteous. The manageress lady was So Lovely showing us concern when we told Thomas (another receptionist about how we was woken up by another person a room playing the violin all morning). All 3 staff were attentive to ensuring a pleasant stay providing excellent customer service. Rooms were heated so well with good ventilation for air too. This hotel doesn't budget on keeping their visitors warm throughout the freezing weather we have. The service I experience here was 5 star. Thank-you for our stay

The view from the window was the best part of staying at the Reem!

Room was very small Bed was very small but it was still hard to move around it as the room was so small Far too expensive for the standard of the room!

  • 6.6
    Good

Clean, adequate, as expected, quiet, safe location.

Little far from tube station, rooms very small, only one large bright light in room, no smaller dimmer lighting, nice breakfast, free wi-fi is good feature.

  • 7.8
    Fabulous

Breakfast, clean compact room and friendly staff

Kettle not working :( and I like tea!

  • 6.2
    Good

The Hotel was in a fairly good location 10 minutes walk from the nearest tube station, there was a secure room to leave luggage and late check in was accepted. The bedding and towels were clean and white and tea and coffee making facilities and toiletries were supplied.

The twin room was extremely small and cramped, with old furniture, a worn out carpet and lamp that didn't work (we did leave a note). But it was only for one night so adequate.

    Fabulous

Loved the location - it's a wonderfully diverse neighborhood with food and people from every corner of the world. Close to the underground so easy to get to all the tourist sites. Room and neighborhood was quiet at night - no traffic, no people making noise. The window in the room was immense and I loved being able to watch London happen outside. And it was very clean.

The room was very small - this wasn't a problem for me since when I travel I spend only sleeping time in my hotel, but being able to reach the walls on opposite sites of the room without moving... that's small. Having my toilet and my shower in two separate rooms at the bottom of two staircases from my room was a bit odd - again a caution for travelers whom this would bother, but doable for the price.

    Very good

Easy to get to and find from the Train Station at Bayswater.

The Lift was out of order so we had to carry our bags up and down 5 flights of stairs which was not very good.

    Fabulous

Clean, comfortable, convenient, very friendly staff in reception and breakfast room. Free wifi a bonus.
